Sr. Program Manager, Energy Service Parts & Pricing

Other Jobs To Apply

What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Energy Service Engineering team. The Service Engineering Team is responsible for the overall health and performance of all Energy Products deployed in the field — from initial service readiness through end-of-life.

In this role, you will own the parts pricing lifecycle and parts process strategy for all Tesla Energy products. Parts are the backbone of field service — when pricing is wrong, parts can’t be ordered; when processes break down, technicians can’t do their jobs. You will be the single point of accountability for ensuring every serviceable part has accurate cost data, correct pricing in our systems, and a clear path from engineering release to field availability.

This is a high-impact, operationally intense role that touches finance, supply chain, service operations, and engineering. You will build and improve the systems and processes that connect part creation to field consumption — and you will see the direct impact of your work every time a technician can (or can’t) order the right part at the right price.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end parts pricing for all Tesla Energy products. Manage daily price escalations, resolve missing or incorrect pricing, and maintain pricing coordination with finance for all current and upcoming energy models — including Megapack, Powerwall, Supercharger, and Wall Connector product lines

Develop and execute a comprehensive parts strategy spanning benchmarking, pricing methodology, process optimization, channel planning, and logistics alignment across internal and external service organizations

Drive resolution of cost data gaps. Coordinate with NPI, supply chain, and service readiness teams to prevent launch-day parts gaps

Enable new revenue streams through CSP Tools and Spare Parts programs by tracking part numbers, quantities, and pricing to ensure accurate customer billing

Define and track key performance indicators for parts process health — including pricing coverage, escalation resolution time, cost accuracy, and order-to-fulfillment metrics — and report progress to leadership

Act as the subject matter expert for energy service parts processes, driving best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the parts ecosystem

What You'll Bring

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the above; 8 years preferred

Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and drive process improvement at scale

Strong Excel / spreadsheet proficiency for data analysis, pricing models, and reporting

Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences and levels

Experience with Jira and Confluence for work tracking and documentation

Familiarity with BOM structures, part numbering conventions, and change control processes

Experience with ERP, MRP, or parts management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

SQL proficiency for data mining and analysis — a strong advantage

Travel: Up to 15% travel may be required

Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:

Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction

Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits

Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution

Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA

Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits

Company paid Basic Life, AD&D

Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period)

Employee Assistance Program

Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays

Back-up childcare and parenting support resources

Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance

Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs

Tesla Babies program

Commuter benefits

Employee discounts and perks program

, Tesla
