Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes and results.
Communicate quality issues and improvement opportunities to management and provide recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management systems to continuously improve processes.
