<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead a high-performing engineering team of developers, administrators, and analysts to build scalable healthcare solutions on the Salesforce platform.</li>
<li>Partner with product and architecture teams to design technical solutions that balance clinical user needs with platform best practices.</li>
<li>Direct the release management lifecycle and deployment pipeline to ensure stable, on-schedule production updates with minimal business disruption.</li>
<li>Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development paths to foster a culture of technical excellence.</li>
<li>Solve complex production support and integration challenges to maintain maximum system uptime and platform performance.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You Will Need</h2>
<p>Education:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Additional Preferences</h2>
<ul>
<li>Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience.</li>
<li>Enterprise-level configuration and programmatic development experience specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.</li>
