<p><strong>Channel Marketing Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Fully Remote | $140K-$150K Base Salary + Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you a Channel Marketing professional with experience supporting distributors, dealers, or manufacturer representative networks serving the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction markets?</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation products, shade structures, site amenities, and community-focused solutions serving K-12 schools, municipalities, parks & recreation departments, architects, landscape architects, engineers, and commercial developers throughout North America.</p><p><br></p><p>They are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead distributor marketing programs, drive market demand, and strengthen partner engagement across a national distribution network.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary marketing partner to distributors, dealers, and channel partners across North America</li><li>Develop and execute channel marketing programs that increase demand and market penetration within the education, municipal, parks & recreation, architectural, and construction sectors</li><li>Support distributor digital marketing efforts including websites, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and local campaigns </li><li>Create sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, and marketing assets that help distributors win business with architects, schools, municipalities, and commercial customers</li><li>Train distributor teams on marketing programs, brand standards, and campaign execution</li><li>Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and distributor meetings</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue growth</li><li>Measure channel marketing effectiveness and optimize programs based on performance metrics</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Background</strong></p><ul><li>Min. 7+ years of Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Distributor Marketing, or B2B Marketing experience</li><li>Experience supporting distributor, dealer, representative, or channel partner networks</li><li>Industry experience within one or more of the following: Building Products, Architectural Products, Site Furnishings & Amenities, Parks & Recreation, Outdoor Recreation Equipment, Construction, Landscape Products, Municipal/Government Markets and Education/K-12 Markets</li><li>Strong understanding of specification-driven sales environments involving architects, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, schools, and government agencies</li><li>Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and channel partner programs</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and project management sk</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits Package</li><li>Paid Time Off & Holidays</li><li>Fully Remote Work Environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with a market-leading organization serving high-growth education, municipal, and community development sectors</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
