They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Sourcer to help identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across various roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage sourcing efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
Conduct outreach to passive candidates and manage follow-ups to drive engagement
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and role fit
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS or CRM
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners
Skills
1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, job boards, or ATS platforms
Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience sourcing for technical, product, or hard-to-fill roles
Familiarity with diversity sourcing techniques and tools
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics
