Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions across diverse industries globally. Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive candidates. Build and maintain a robust network of executive talent through proactive research, networking, and relationship management. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural fit. Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert advice on market intelligence, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles. Manage the entire search process, from initial client consultation and defining search criteria to candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Ensure a superior candidate experience, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the engagement. Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our client's executive search methodologies and tools. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment. Stay informed about global business trends and their impact on executive talent needs. Requirements Extensive and proven experience in executive search, preferably with a reputable search firm or within a large corporate executive recruitment function. Demonstrated success in placing senior-level executives (C-suite, VP, Director) in various industries. Exceptional research, networking, and interviewing skills, with a keen ability to assess leadership competencies. Strong understanding of global markets and diverse business landscapes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote setting. Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes search assignments autonomously. Proficiency in using advanced search techniques, professional networking platforms, and recruitment databases. A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is a plus.
