The Real Estate Agent will oversee property transactions, assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and provide tailored strategic advice based on market conditions. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing contracts and property listings, conducting property showings, and staying informed about the latest market trends,regulations and continuing education. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism is essential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A valid Real Estate License is required.</li><li>Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, leasing, and property management, is essential.</li><li>Strong Sales skills and a proven ability to close deals.</li><li>Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach.</li><li>Knowledge of Real Property laws, market trends, and industry best practices.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in an on-site setting.</li><li>Familiarity with the South Florida real estate market is a plus.</li></ul>
