The role involves assessing financial analyses, reviewing investment materials, and applying domain expertise to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI-generated analyses.</li><li>Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessments.</li><li>Create and assess investment summaries, research reports, and investment memoranda.</li><li>Support Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and review.</li><li>Participate in due diligence processes and transaction-related evaluations.</li><li>Review and process NDA and other legal documentation.</li><li>Source potential investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Required</p><ul><li><strong>At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking at a top-tier firm.</strong></li><li>Experience in at least one of the following areas:</li><li>Financial Modeling</li><li>Market Sizing / TAM Analysis</li><li>Investment Analysis, Investment Summaries, and Investment Memoranda</li><li>CIM Creation and Due Diligence</li><li>NDA and Legal Document Processing</li><li>Deal Sourcing</li><li>Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment research skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Terms</strong></p><ul><li>Independent contractor engagement</li><li>$130 per hour</li><li>Weekly payments</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process (20–30 Minutes)</strong></p><ol><li>Upload Resume</li><li>Complete an AI Interview Based on Your Resume</li><li>Submit Application</li></ol>
