<br><br><br><p><strong>Position Title:</strong> <strong>Nurse/NP/PA Aesthetic Injector</strong></p><p> </p><p></p><p><br></p><p><u>General Summary of Position Responsibility:</u> </p><p>This position is a member of the JEM Medspa Team and works collaboratively within local and organization-wide teams across all locations to maintain best practices associated with injecting techniques to create safe and effective outcomes for JEM Medspa clients. The individual(s) in this role are responsible for providing elective aesthetic care that can be reasonably treated with injection procedures. Duties include to obtain/verify informed consent, take medical histories, perform assessments, be empathetic to client concerns and develop a treatment plan within their scope of practice as directed by our supervising physician(s).This position will also participate in on-site and off-site events and trainings and will be committed to growing their skills and client-base within the JEM Medspa brand and structure.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>1. <u>Essential Job Functions:</u></p><p>a. Provide direct patient care as a representative of the physician, treating all clients in a style and manner developed and directed by the supervising physician and consistent with authorized practice as defined by state law.</p><p>b. Deliver delegatory care in accordance with mutually agreed upon best practice guidelines as directed by supervising physician(s).</p><p>c. Maintain accurate and timely client medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and educational materials distributed.</p><p>d. Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards and JEM Medspa expectations.</p><p>e. Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies to leadership team member(s).</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>2. <u>Social Networking</u></p><p>a. Participate in social media efforts by submitting before and after pictures, re-post JEM Medspa posts, and participating in content creation as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p>b. Provide consistent, excellent customer service/communication.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>3. <u>Events</u></p><p>a. Participate in client-focused Quarterly, Anniversary and VIP Events and annual all company staff meeting and celebration.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>4. <u>Community Relations </u></p><p>a. Assist with business-to-business relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration, and cross promotion; encourage referrals and reviews through standard verbal and written scripted communication.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Other duties as assigned by Managing Partners. </p><p><br></p><p>6. <u>Professionalism Expectations </u></p><p>a. Be accountable and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.</p><p>b. Actively promote the JEM Medspa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.</p><p>c. Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.</p><p>d. Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.</p><p>e. Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.</p><p>f. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.</p><p>g. Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the JEM Medspa.</p><p>h. Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guest communications that require attention.</p><p>7. <u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</u></p><p>a. Graduate of accredited nursing program with current state license.</p><p>b. 1 year < experience in hospital and/or non-aesthetic based clinic setting.</p><p>c. 1 year < experience in aesthetic injecting in a Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery setting.</p><p>d. Must possess excellent injecting, customer service, sales & marketing skills and be knowledgeable re: other services such as laser, bodysculpting, micro-needling & medical grade skin care products. </p><p>e. Basic proficiency in utilization of Microsoft Office applications; social media platforms; Electric Medical Record (EMR). </p><p>f. Excellent interpersonal skills; readily establishes relationships and engages individuals and teams to actively participate in initiatives and works toward effective problem identification and resolution. </p><p>g. Detail-oriented and can multi-task.</p><p>h. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>i. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>8. <u>Working Conditions</u></p><p>a. Minimal exposure to environmental hazards during the performance of assigned duties; periodic use of keyboard. </p><p>b.
