Diamante aims to deliver outstanding hospitality, focusing on personalized experiences for its members and guests.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview: </strong></p><p>The Member Service Concierge serves as the central hub of member communication and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming experience for members and guests while assisting multiple departments with daily operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift: </strong></p><p>Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><u>Reception and Greeting</u></p><ul><li>Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Answer calls and emails promptly</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries</li><li>Perform Club tours</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Dining and Event Reservations</u></p><ul><li>Take dining and event reservations by phone and in person</li><li>Maintain reservation logs</li><li>Communicate reservation details and special requests to Food & Beverage staff</li></ul><p><u>Daily Office Duties</u></p><ul><li>Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages</li><li>Assist with guest gate passes</li><li>Drive a culture of excellence through all aspects of employee, member and guest interactions, fostering a team atmosphere and environment of mutual respect with the membership and employees</li><li>Supply management</li><li>Maintaining Conference Room reservations</li><li>Calendar updates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Member Communication & Assistance</u></p><ul><li>Share information on dining hours, menus, upcoming events, and club notices</li><li>Respond to members’ questions regarding policies and services</li><li>Relay requests to appropriate departments to ensure seamless service</li><li>Help members troubleshoot and reset their username and passwords to the Diamante website; help members navigate the site and provide tech support to members when necessary</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Occasional Departmental Assistance</u></p><p><strong>Accounting</strong></p><ol><li>Deposit entry</li><li>Payment disbursement</li><li>Collection support</li></ol><p><strong>Marketing</strong></p><ol><li>Event promotions / communications </li><li>Website assistance as needed</li><li>Maintain Club’s television media / presentation slides </li></ol><p><strong>Food & Beverage</strong></p><ol><li>BEO typing and support</li><li>Inventory data entry and reporting</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Welcoming, polished and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Optimistic and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required</li><li>Must be able to work in a rapidly changing work environment, adapt to changes, manage competing demands and handle frequent change, delays or unexpected events</li><li>Capacity to maintain decorum under pressure</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently</li><li>Motivated and dependable</li><li>Strong organization skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Exceptional computer skills including all Microsoft Office products and Adobe, along with learning Club software (ClubEssential)</li></ul>
