Description:

  • Provide high-level support with strong ownership and follow-through for every executive interaction.
  • Partner with corporate IT, Applications, and Information Security teams to enable enterprise solutions for executives.
  • Design, document, deploy, and support a broad range of technologies used by the executive team.
  • Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when needed.
  • Respond quickly to urgent and critical executive support requests.
  • Make independent judgment calls to resolve time-sensitive issues.
  • Proactively test for possible failure scenarios and consider edge cases.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
  • 1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
  • Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, ActiveSync, Microsoft SharePoint Server, and Lync/Office Communicator preferred.
  • Experience with WebEx, Skype, Zoom, and other video conferencing technologies preferred.
  • Strong general computer technology skills and knowledge of wired and wireless network technologies preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and latest hardware/software preferred.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorization.
