Explore more on Cubic.com.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Details:</b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Job Summary: </b>Reviews and evaluates computer images of license plates to ensure each is accurately identified (confirm a license plate image plate number, jurisdiction, plate type, vehicle class and vehicle type) and correctly processed using guidelines determined by Cubic and the applicable transportation department. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Reviews images of license plates on a computer screen and identifies and documents detail such as the license number, plate type and the state of plate issuance in a proprietary computer system</p></li><li><p>Identifies lane issues through observation of trends.</p></li><li><p>Correctly resolves illegible or otherwise problematic images</p></li><li><p>Achieves productivity standards and meets accuracy requirements</p></li><li><p>Applies business rules and informational guides to correctly identify each license plate</p></li><li><p>Handles information found in images with confidentiality, sensitivity and discretion in accordance with Cubic and other applicable data security requirements</p></li><li><p>Provides feedback when image quality is unsatisfactory to allow corrective actions to be taken</p></li><li><p>Works with multiple applications simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Follows all established policies, procedures and written/verbal instructions</p></li><li><p>Complies with all Cubic personnel and security requirements</p></li><li><p>Performs all assigned tasks as quickly and accurately as possible</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Job Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>High school degree or equivalent. Ability to view a high volume of license plate images on a computer screen for long periods of time.</p></li><li><p>Minimum accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour.</p></li><li><p>Minimum accurate typing speed of 40 words per minute.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Must comfortably use technology such as keyboards, computers and monitors, email, and web browsers at an intermediate level at minimum.</p></li><li><p>Must be a good team player and possess a positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Must excel in a fast-paced and high-volume environment and be willing to work extended hours when needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>The description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.  Duties, responsibilities and requirements may change over time and according to business need.</i></p><p>‎ </p><p><u>Cubic Pay Range:</u></p>$14.00 - $17.00 + benefits.<p>‎ </p><p><i>The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
