Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Apply strong analytical reasoning to understand end user's requirements and transforms them into operational application.
- Deliver results after thorough research of functional needs by collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the company.
- Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Audit, evaluate, track, and report program implementation and project activity for Quality Assurance and contract compliance purposes.
- Design, develop, test and deploy new Smartsheet solutions as required to meet business needs.
- Maintain and support existing Smartsheet solutions, including modifications, enhancements and performance optimization
- Collaborate with multiple product teams, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms.
- Manage solution backlog and prioritize items with management to ensure continued alignment with business objectives.
- Manage system changes as requested by end users and clients, including documentation and communication of changes.
- Provide project oversight for systems enhancements, change requests and testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop strategic and tactical reporting solutions that address current and future needs.
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to maintain and analyze key data, providing insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver solution demos and training to internal customers and executives as needed.
- Manage access controls and permissions for Smartsheet workspaces, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy policies.
