Product Manager - Everpure Product Manager - Everpure We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our existing Everpure Product Team within Arrow ECS Poland. This role strengthens and expands a well‑established product organization that already manages the Everpure portfolio and collaborates closely with the global vendor, channel partners, system integrators, and internal stakeholders. As part of a seasoned team driving the Everpure business in Poland, you will help shape the go‑to‑market strategy, support sales execution, expand channel engagement, and accelerate demand for cutting‑edge all‑flash and data services solutions.

This position combines product ownership, vendor relationship management, business development, and operational excellence - with direct impact on the growth and long‑term success of the Everpure business.

Strategic

Planning & Market Development Define target markets, growth areas, and new customer opportunities aligned with Everpure's roadmap (Flash arrays, data services, subscription models, analytics platforms). Conduct competitive and market analysis (Dell, HPE, NetApp, IBM) to ensure optimal positioning of the portfolio. Manage vendor programs, incentives, MDF budgets, sales promotions and joint GTM activities.

Support sales teams and partners by providing commercial and product expertise for Everpure solutions. Prepare quotations, pricing configurations, business cases and competitive positioning strategies. Conduct presentations, workshops, training sessions and partner enablement initiatives.

Manage the Everpure portfolio including pricing, margin performance, forecasts, and profitability (P&L ownership). Oversee inventory planning and coordination with the vendor to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency. Ensure accurate forecasting and data management in Salesforce.com, Oracle, and internal Arrow tools.

Execute marketing activities and MDF budgets to support pipeline generation and portfolio growth. 2-4 years of experience in product management, vendor management, presales or business development within the IT industry (data center, infrastructure, storage, cloud, or distribution preferred). ~ Strong relationship‑building skills and experience working with global vendors and channel partners. ~ Solid understanding of enterprise IT technologies - especially data center infrastructure, storage, data management and cloud architecture. ~ Additional asset: knowledge of enterprise storage systems (flash arrays, SAN/NAS, SDS) and storage vendors such as Everpure, Dell, HPE, NetApp, IBM. ~ Fluency in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (required for daily communication with Everpure and internal Arrow teams). ~ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is an advantage. ~ Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle or similar CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
