This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of the technical direction across a growing portfolio of mobile games, spanning client architecture, backend systems, and internal tooling. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, data, and growth, driving both technical excellence and rapid iteration.
Establish engineering standards, scalable systems, and efficient development practices Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing development team Contribute directly to development, tackling complex technical challenges when needed Partner closely with product and data teams to enable fast experimentation and iteration Leverage AI and automation to enhance development efficiency and output 8+ years of software engineering experience ~ Strong expertise in scalable architecture, performance optimisation, and backend systems ~ Experience operating in data-driven, experimentation-led environments ~
