We’re looking for an Inside Sales to join our team — someone who is passionate about helping customers succeed, driving adoption, and spotting growth opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of customer onboarding, inside sales, and account development. If you enjoy building relationships, analyzing customer behavior, and turning insights into impact, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Help New Customers

Succeed

You’ll guide new providers through their onboarding journey and make sure they quickly feel confident using our solutions.

Your goal: to turn new customers into active, engaged users.

2.

Drive Growth

Actions (such Growth Actions & Open Days)

You’ll plan and run tactical actions that help active customers use our products more and better. You’ll decide which customers to prioritize and measure the results of your initiatives.

3.

Manage Your Own Customer

Portfolio

You’ll be the go-to person for a group of customers, supporting them, advising them, and helping them grow their volume of cases and results.

4.

Support Top

Providers

Together with the Territory Manager, you’ll set clear yearly goals with our top customers and follow up monthly on their performance and progress.

5.

Generate New

Opportunities

You’ll take part in hunting activities to identify new leads and help expand our customer base.

6.

Activate

Providers with Open Set-Ups

Some providers submit cases but don’t follow up on them for different reasons —your job is to follow up, understand the reasons, support them, and help them get started with those cases.

7.

Support Daily

Operations

This includes managing discounts through SAP and supporting occasional commercial or marketing projects.

What You Bring A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

A strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities and initiatives.

Comfort with phone/video outreach and relationship building.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize.

Proactivity, ownership, and a growth mindset.

Experience in inside sales, account management, on the field clinic experience or customer success is a plus.

Strong command of English is required.
