<p>We are seeking entry-level individuals to join our team as <b><span>Workday Shared Services Specialists, Level 1</span></b>. In this role, you will help drive user adoption of Workday People Experience by using the Help module and Case Management.  This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in HR systems, training, and technology enablement.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Respond to and resolve submitted Cases within predetermined Service Level Agreements.</li><li>Answer frequently asked questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.</li><li>Escalate recurring questions to Managers to improve training content and knowledge base articles.</li><li>Attend continuing Training sessions to learn internal Workday processes and tools.</li></ul><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>1 to 2 years experience with Workday and Case Management is essential.</li><li>Experience in high-volume environments required; background in retail and/or hospitality preferred</li><li>Detail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and helpful attitude.</li><li>Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient in computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.</li><li>Training or customer support experience is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Full time<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>500 Volvo <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Parkway,Chesapeake,Virginia</span> 23320<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Talent Acquisition<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Dollar Tree
