Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and implemented effectively. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential technology solutions and make recommendations to improve business processes. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of existing technology systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both technology and financial services, bringing new ideas and innovative solutions to the team. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their needs and provide ongoing support. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions. Train and educate business users on new technology systems and processes, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
