Automann services its distributors out of (5) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lennox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA, Hiram, GA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB along with (1) in San Luis Potosi México.

Summary

We have an immediate need for an Inventory Supervisor in Monroe Township, NJ. We are seeking a qualified Inventory supervisor with a high knowledge of warehouse stocking systems and warehousing techniques. This role will cover the 3rd Shift from 10pm – 6am Sunday thru Thursday.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily operations and team members to attain departmental objectives of the inventory control functions, which includes performing cycle counts of the warehouse inventory, conducting investigations of non-pick-able parts, making corrections to the inventory based upon that research, reviewing daily inventory reports

· Ensures all daily operations of the assigned area are being conducted thoroughly and efficiently by team members, and manages area issues which may be handled without the involvement of Operations Manager

· Perform special and direct assignments such as auditing, managing inventory and preparing various inventory analysis

· Maintain standard operating procedures and make recommendations as needed

· Issue employee equipment

· Record all warehouse data

· Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds

Key Requirements

· 3 yrs prior Warehouse supervisory experience required
· 3 yrs prior Inventory experience required
· Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred
· Strong pc skills like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP concepts required
· Calm demeanor and level head for trouble-shooting & handling issues as they arise
· Ability to carry out policies and procedures
· Effective and professional demeanor when engaging employees
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
· Bilingual Spanish a strong plus
· Ability to lift and move an excess of 50 lbs. unassisted
