Warehouse Associate (Growth Opportunity)

Role Overview

We’ve opened a new warehouse location in Allentown and and we are looking for someone to help build it from the ground up.

This is a hands-on warehouse role with the opportunity to grow into more responsibility as the operation expands. You won’t be stepping into a fully built system — you’ll be part of creating it.

If you prefer structure already in place, this isn’t the role. If you naturally step in, figure things out, and make things better, you’ll do well here.

Core Responsibilities

* Receive and verify inbound shipments

* Organize inventory for efficient storage and access

* Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders

* Load and unload trucks (forklift experience required)

* Assist will-call customers with pickups

* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

* Identify gaps in workflow and improve processes

* Support basic inventory tracking and cycle counts

* Able to handle physical workload (lifting, moving equipment)

* Forklift experience (certification not required)

There will be days where everything runs smoothly — and days where nothing does.

We’re looking for someone who can handle both without needing constant direction.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
