American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist in our Kansas City, MO, location with the manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to, sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred.

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Sunday - Friday

Day Shift 6am to Finish (latest 1pm-2pm)

second shift 12pm-finish (latest 11pm)

Weekly pay:

$18.00/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)

BENEFITS:

  • PTO- (accrual starts from day 1 but cannot be used until day 90)

Requirements:
  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess basic reading and math skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
  • Must perform other duties as assigned
