This role is responsible for improving governance, standardizing procure-to-pay, strengthening supplier management, improving inventory and materials control, and building better support for project delivery, manufacturing, and operating sites. The VP, Supply Chain and Procurement will establish the operating model, systems discipline, metrics, and organizational alignment needed to improve cost, schedule predictability, quality, compliance, and working capital performance.  This role requires a leader who can operate strategically and tactically in a fast-growing, engineering-intensive environment where processes, systems, and accountabilities are still maturing.
