This executive role will be responsible for building and scaling best-in-class business intelligence, analytics, CRM, and data strategy capabilities to drive smarter decision-making, revenue growth, fan engagement and operational excellence. This role will oversee a team spanning data analytics, CRM and business solutions. This role will partner closely with senior leadership across finance, accounting, ticket sales & service, corporate partnerships, and marketing. <strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Lead strategy and analytics team to ensure processes and technology align towards impactful results</li> <li>Drive business strategy, consumer research and insights and analysis initiatives</li> <li>Work closely with appropriate stakeholders to develop vision, strategy, goals and objectives for the strategy and analytics team</li> <li>Lead efforts to develop advanced predictive models to increase revenue through predictive buying, cross sell/upsell and renewal forecasting</li> <li>Oversee ongoing analysis of marketing investments and ROIs for product, category and audience segmentation performance across all channels</li> <li>Proactively identify opportunities for new reporting, analytics, and research methodologies and best practices; design strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value and deliver business results</li> <li>Interpret multiple data sources for insights to inform strategic planning and tactics to drive the business</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to translate data into actionable consumer stories and strategic and tactical recommendations</li> <li>Maintain upmost confidentiality</li> <li>Other duties or projects as assigned</li> </ul> <strong>Minimum Qualifications for the Position:</strong> <ul> <li>Proven leader with at least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Strategy or Analytics; preferably with sports, entertainment or media industries</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science or related field; Masters or MBA is preferred</li> <li>Deep knowledge of CRM, ticketing platforms, marketing analytics, pricing models and sponsorship valuation frameworks</li> <li>Experience with advanced analytics tools (SQL, R, Python), data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems (KORE)</li> <li>Demonstrated success in building, scaling and managing high-performing analytics teams</li> <li>Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed</li> </ul> <strong>Critical Competencies:</strong> <ul> <li>Business Acumen - ability to perform with insight, acuteness and intelligence and communicate to both technical and nontechnical audiences; provide exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Decisiveness - willingness to make difficult decisions in a timely manner; a true collaborator with the ability to influence</li> <li>Forward thinking - anticipating the implications and consequences of situations and taking appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies</li> <li>Establishing focus - the ability to develop and communicate goals in support of the business' mission; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects</li> <li>Manage change - demonstrating support for innovation and for organizational changes needed to improve the organization's effectiveness; helping others to successfully manage change</li> <li>Global Perspective - ability to see the "big picture"</li> </ul> <strong>Compensation:</strong> <ul> <li>This role will pay between $150,000 - $180,000 annually. This position will be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
