We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to consolidate multiple lead lists into one clean master database for our residential solar business.

The completed database will be used for:

Cold calling campaigns

Cold email campaigns

Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are critical.

Responsibilities

- Consolidate multiple spreadsheets into one master database

- Remove duplicate records

- Standardize formatting across all lists

- Organize the data into a clean, consistent structure

- Assist with filling in gaps for fields that might be missing (ex. LinkedIn Profiles, phone numbers, emails)

- Follow our video instructions for the final deliverable
