We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team. Available Schedules • Part-Time Teletriage Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 4p–10p PST • Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight) Wed–Sat | 4p–10p PST What You’ll Be Doing • Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being • Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information • Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance • Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology • Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests • Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video • Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case • Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems • Thrive in a fast-paced, continuously learning environment, improving your skills and delivering excellent care • Live and breathe our values curiosity, integrity, excellence, accountability, and respect Why You’ll Love This Role • Adaptability is key You’ll support different teams across Virtual Care, Clinic Success, Telemedicine, and Member Success as needed. • A passion for veterinary care You love providing excellent client experiences and clear, empathetic communication. • Credentialed Veterinary Technician You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required). • Tech-savvy You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms. • Exceptional communicator You can clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing, with compassion and clarity. • Adaptable problem solver You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can generate innovative solutions to support our members and teams. • Independent worker You manage priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision. • Continuous learner You have a curiosity-driven mindset and are eager to grow professionally to improve patient care. • Dedicated work environment You have a quiet, distraction-free space and meet the following internet requirements • Minimum ISP parameters >100mb_down, >100mb_up, Apply To This Job Apply To this Job Apply To this Job
