Verizon FIOS Sales Agent

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FIOS Home Services Program.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span><em>Are you interested in a remote work from home position with a reputable company?</em></span></p> <p><br><span>In this role, you will contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5-dayremote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Full Time Schedule:</span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>38+ hours per week</li> <li><span style="color: rgb(10, 29, 48); font-size: 12pt">Orientation will be held on 5/11/26 from 1pm-2pm (paid)</span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(10, 29, 48); font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">Training will be 5/12-5/18 from 12pm-6pm; no Saturday or Sunday training</span></span></li> <li>Schedule is <span>Monday-Saturday | Off on Sunday and either Tues or Thurs |  Hours: 10am-6:30pm</span> | Unpaid 45 min lunch break | Two paid 15 min breaks</li> <li>Hourly pay is $11/hr.  plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.<br></li> <li><span>Must be cleared by IT and install our required programming on your PC during our system setup session prior to start date.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Required Qualifications:</span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">1 year of sales experience-mandatory (Call center preferred)</span></li> <li>Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications</li> <li>Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a<br>positive, productive manner</li> <li>Self-directed with analytical skills</li> <li>Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Preferred Qualifications</span><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Home services experience – sales</li> <li>Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism<br></li> <li>Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces/browsers/systems competently</li> <li>Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience a plus!</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Required Prerequisites:</span><br></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Must pass 7-year background check</li> <li>Must have secured designated workspace separate free from distractions and noise</li> <li>Must be hardwired for internet service with ethernet cord – NO WIFI (or Hot Spot)-<span>or must purchase an approved adapter from our list.</span></li> <li>Must have USB headset with microphone – mute and noise cancelling function</li> <li>Must have a Windows 11 or better computer (No Mac books or Chrome books)</li> <li>$11/HR PLUS COMMISSIONS</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span>Ecco Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.</span></p>
