We're hiring a <strong>UX Designer </strong>at either the <strong>I or II level depending on your experience</strong>. Both roles sit within our design team and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Stakeholders. Whether you're just building your craft or ready to take ownership of end-to-end design work, there's a meaningful seat at the table for you. This is a <strong>full-time remote position </strong>with no in-office requirement.<br><br>We design across multiple surfaces — Windows and Mac desktop apps, mobile apps, and web — so you'll have the opportunity to work across platforms and gain well-rounded experience.<br><br><strong>UX Designer I — Growing Your Craft<br><br></strong>This is an early-career role ideal for someone who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You'll work alongside experienced designers and product owners, contributing meaningfully from day one.<br><br><ul><li>Participate in user research activities — interviews, surveys, and usability testing — to gather insights that shape design decisions</li><li>Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned to user needs</li><li>Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders through iterative design cycles</li><li>Build hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, systems, and documentation practices</li><li>Partner with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately</li><li>Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and design critiques</li><li>Stay curious: continuously learn and share emerging trends and best practices with the team<br><br></li></ul><strong>UX Designer II — Owning the Design Process<br><br></strong>This is a mid-level role for someone ready to take ownership of projects and help raise the bar for the team. You'll lead design work end-to-end while mentoring junior team members and shaping how we design.<br><br><ul><li>Own the end-to-end design process for specific projects, from research and ideation through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes</li><li>Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analytics evaluation — translating findings into actionable design improvements</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle</li><li>Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance existing product designs</li><li>Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning</li><li>Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure cohesion across all products</li><li>Champion innovative solutions by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For</strong> <br><br><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong></li><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a UX design role (or equivalent)</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving, not just final screens</li></ul></ul> <br><br><ul><li><strong>Platform Experience</strong></li><ul><li>We value breadth, but you don't need to be an expert everywhere.
