Shift: 8-hour day or night shifts (08:00–17:00), 36 guaranteed hours per week

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Women’s Services or Labor & Delivery
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, AWHONN, NRP, and PALS
- Professional demeanor with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Scrub color: Any (no casual wear allowed)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and OB/GYN units as a Labor and Delivery RN
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, assist with common OB diagnoses and treatments, and support safe deliveries
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, neonatology, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Cerner EHR
- Participate in orientation, competency validation, and ongoing training as required
- Respond to call requirements and assist with unit needs during peak volumes
