Position: Training Executive – Logistics & Store Operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate regional training plans, ensuring training resources and course schedules align with business objectives.

• Organize business training to enhance outlet staff skills and ensure proper implementation of operational standards.

• Provide systematic training and opening guidance for new outlets and franchisees to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborate with Quality Control department to design targeted training programs addressing outlet issues, improving service quality and operational efficiency.

• Establish and maintain standardized training systems to ensure consistent execution across all outlets.

• Assess training outcomes and collect feedback to continuously optimize course content and learning effectiveness.

• Work closely with regional and functional teams to provide training support and drive overall business capability enhancement.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate training or network/store operations within logistics or express delivery industries.
• Outgoing and energetic with strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to train employees at different levels.
• Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills; able to assist in executing training plans.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) is a plus.
