<p>As a Tax Supervisor, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership potential, and client service excellence while working with firms that emphasize both professional advancement and personal well-being. In this role, you’ll oversee tax engagements, guide junior staff, and contribute to exceptional client service in a progressive, flexible environment.<br></p>
<h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></h3>

<li><p>Manage and review tax compliance and planning projects for individuals and businesses.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Collaborate with firm leaders on client service initiatives and tax advisory strategies.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Supervise and mentor staff accountants, offering feedback, coaching, and professional development.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Ensure adherence to professional standards and stay current with changing tax regulations.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Leverage technology to communicate and collaborate seamlessly with clients and team members across locations.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Foster strong client relationships through proactive support and consistent communication.<br></p></li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>CPA license required.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting <br></p></li>
<li><p>Minimum of 2 years of recent public accounting experience with an emphasis in tax.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Proven leadership skills with an interest in advancement toward Partner level.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.<br></p></li>
<li><p>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.<br></p></li>
