Responsibilities

To be responsible for procurement of goods under projects
To negotiate with vendors/suppliers to get the best prices
To prepare purchasing order
To coordinate with related departments to support their purchasing requirements
To review quotations and offers to determine the best price and lead time
To arrange oversea and local logistics
To plan delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments
To liaise with Project Division for delivery and logistics arrangement
To monitor and control logistics costs for inbound and overseas activities, insurance or other related expenses
To handle inventory control and warehouse management
To work closely with Engineering Division and Project Division for cost improvement
To process invoices and delivery orders from suppliers and sub-contractors and submit to

Finance Department for payment processing
To issue invoices and DOs to customers

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
