We are led by practitioners from the industry and the regulatory community who bring deep domain knowledge to help our clients drive business change and address the most pressing compliance, regulatory, and operational challenges. <br><br>We provide data-driven, technology-enabled advisory, implementation, and staffing solutions to the regulatory compliance, risk, financial crimes, and capital markets functions of our clients. <br><br>Huron is seeking financial services and banking professionals with regulatory compliance experience and expertise for remote, project-based opportunities.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p><b>RESPONSIBILIES</b></p><ul><li>Provide second line advice and oversight to banks providing deposit and lending products to US consumers.</li><li>Provide advice regarding new product and service development.</li><li>Critically evaluate the business processes governing and organizational structure around the Compliance functions for a variety of banks and fintechs.</li><li>Review compliance management systems (CMS) for a variety of banks and fintechs.</li><li>Review, revise, and write compliance-related policies and procedures for a variety of banks and fintechs.</li><li>Monitor compliance with consumer banking regulations including fair lending regulations and issue and complaint management.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Minimum 5-10 years of experience within consumer banking, preferably at an entity subject to CFPB supervision.</li><li>Experience in a consumer compliance position supporting financial products at a regulated financial institution.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of banking regulatory compliance management system (CMS) elements, with product advisory and/or monitoring experience desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong research, project management, organizational, analytical and problem resolution skills.</li><li>Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation or Bank Examiner experience is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Position Level</b></b></h2>Consultant<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><h2><b><b>Country</b></b></h2>United States of America
