  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock availability
  • Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and stock counts
3. Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store staff
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance
  • Train new employees and upskill existing team members
4. Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Manage store expenses and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
