We are looking for candidates who are interested in the industry :
Job Description:
- Supervise the Store and Admin Operations and support the general Estate Operations by ensuring that all procedures are followed when issuing out items (e.g. chemicals, spare parts, materials) from the Estate Storehouse
- Liaise with Estate Management team on current stock of all items daily and as requested; conducts monthly stock take of all items in the Storehouse
- Liaise with Suppliers to obtain quotations
- Prepare Purchase Orders and obtain approval from Estate Manager and HQ team
- Supervises and receives items and acknowledges that all items are correct, in good condition and working order, cross-checks against approved Purchase Order, and signing-off on Delivery Orders
- Organises all paperwork in relation to the goods and services for submission to HQ (e.g. Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice); ensures proper documentation and filing of all items related to the Storehouse and its items (e.g. Safety Data Sheet, operating manuals)
- Issues out items to the Estate Staff with proper documentation and approval, updates Stock Inventory daily and accurately
- Responsible for the Storehouse upkeep, organisation of items, labelling of items, and abides by required safety practices
- Responsible for the security and safeguarding of the Storehouse and all items within, ensuring no one is able to access the Storehouse without supervision
- Understands chemical mixing requirement (e.g. dosages, ratios), safe handling of chemicals, and is able to supervise and/ or conduct the chemical pre-mixing
- Understands, learns, and uses the digital monitoring and reporting systems implemented by the Company
- Aids in the planning and implementation of new ideas/ improvements to the overall estate management process and to maximize the production quality of fresh fruit bunches per best agricultural practices and the Company’s strategic direction.
- Proactive in identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise.
- Plans and implements efficient work schedules to achieve goals and targets set by Headquarters, able to adapt plans due to unforeseen circumstances
- Regularly communicates with Estate Manager, Estate Assistant Manager, supporting staff and workers
- Estate Location: Sarawak
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of Higher Secondary/ SPM level of education; SKM holders can also apply
- Preference for at least 2 years of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates must display strong leadership qualities, good analytical and problem solving skills; and are proactive, driven, and detail-orientated
- Preferred Language: Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Computer literate
Remunerations :
· Depending on qualifications and experience, and work performance
