With industry-leading process development, scale-up, GMP manufacturing, and robust CMC and analytical expertise, DSD enables customers worldwide to accelerate and de-risk their therapeutic programs.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b>Position Summary</b><span> </span></p><p><span>The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation is a division-level leader responsible for driving the design and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives across multiple sites and business units. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain, this role will lead the transformation toward a more centralized, standardized, and performance-driven operating model.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>This position operates above site-level execution, focusing on aligning planning, sourcing, and procurement capabilities across the division to enable enterprise prioritization, improved service, and optimized inventory and cost performance.</span></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>1. Division-Level Transformation Leadership</b></p><ul><li><span>Lead cross-site and cross-BU supply chain transformation initiatives aligned to division strategy</span></li><li><span>Drive centralization efforts across supply planning, sourcing, procurement, and master data</span></li><li><span>Serve as a key partner to the Sr. Director in defining and executing the transformation agenda</span></li></ul><p><b>2. Operating Model Design & Implementation</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Define and implement the division’s target operating model (roles, structure, decision rights, governance)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish clear accountability between site supply chain teams, BU leadership, and global procurement</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive consistency in how supply chain activities are executed across sites</span></p></li></ul><p><b>3.
