We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer clinical skincare brand with a national retail presence at Target and a highly engaged TikTok affiliate community. We make clinically proven, accessible skincare — and we're scaling fast. This is a rare opportunity to own brand at a pivotal moment in our growth.

THE ROLE

• Define and steward our brand identity — visual language, tone of voice, and messaging standards across all touchpoints
• Lead creative strategy and execution across DTC, TikTok/social, retail (Target), email, and paid channels
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines that scale with the team and external partners
• Partner with Creative, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns and launches
• Own brand consistency for retail, including Target in-store and online assets
• Lead and develop a lean creative team; manage agency and freelance relationships
• Contribute to brand storytelling for retail buyers, press, and investor-facing materials

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of brand experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or director-level role

• Strong creative eye with the ability to both set vision and roll up your sleeves
• Experience working with retail partners (mass or specialty) is a strong plus
