We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow our brand presence on Instagram and other social platforms. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy.

Hourly Rate: $10/hour

Responsibilities:

* Manage and schedule social media content

* Create engaging Instagram reel ideas and captions

* Write captions with strong hooks and CTA’s

* Research trending audio, hashtags, and viral content

* Plan and organize monthly content calendars

* Coordinate with editors/designers when needed

* Reply to comments and messages to maintain engagement

* Monitor account growth and suggest new content strategies

* Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Requirements:

* Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts

* Strong understanding of reels and short-form content

* Good English communication skills

* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools

* Creative mindset and ability to work independently

* Organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
