OneSpotAI is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help grow our brand through engaging content across LinkedIn and Instagram.

We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, storytelling, startup content, and how to create posts that actually get attention and engagement.

What you'll work on

Creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram regularly
Writing posts, carousels, captions, and short-form content
Designing simple visual content and social creatives
Repurposing founder insights, company updates, and AI trends into engaging posts
Tracking content performance and improving reach/engagement
Collaborating with founders and growth teams on content strategy

What we're looking for

Strong written communication and content creation skills
Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats and trends
Ability to create clean, engaging, and consistent social content
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
