About the position

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure Slack workspaces and channels according to organizational needs.
  • Maintain workspace structure and improve team collaboration through well-organized channels.
  • Support Slack integration with Apps, bots, and 3rd party solutions.
  • Handle Slack workspace settings, including user roles, permissions, and access control.
  • Onboard and offboard users by managing invitations and account access.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to access, permissions, or functionality.
  • Provide L3 technical support to users encountering issues with Slack.
  • Work closely with the IT team to resolve any system or connectivity issues.
  • Analyze Slack usage and activity to provide insights into team collaboration patterns.
  • Generate reports on system performance, user engagement, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Slack administration or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
