The Elite Job is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify & Etsy Customer Service Agent to join our growing e-commerce support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers on both Shopify and Etsy platforms. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms.
Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and refunds in Shopify and Etsy.
Assist customers with product details, order status, shipping information, and troubleshooting issues.
Manage and monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on both platforms.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of customer records and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, inventory, and marketing) to resolve issues efficiently.
Identify and report recurring issues, suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and brand voice in all communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or e-commerce support (Shopify & Etsy experience preferred).
Strong understanding of online store operations and order management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using Shopify and Etsy dashboards for order processing and customer management.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or customer service role.
Experience handling Shopify and Etsy platforms is highly desirable.
