The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shopify & Etsy Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our Shopify and Etsy stores. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Handle order processing, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive brand image.
Monitor and manage customer reviews, providing feedback to improve products and services.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and tracking.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Shopify and Etsy policies, products, and customer service best practices.
Identify common customer issues and suggest improvements to streamline the shopping experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist in creating FAQ content and customer support documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with Shopify and Etsy platforms, including order management and dispute resolution.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in using helpdesk software (such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk) is a plus.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace environment.
Prior experience managing Shopify and Etsy stores is a strong advantage.
Working Hours
