Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support a local government client in Loudoun County, Virginia. This role is responsible for the administration, development, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform and related enterprise service management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring and developing within ServiceNow, supporting ITSM processes, automating workflows, troubleshooting platform issues, and working directly with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite support in Leesburg, VA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and service catalogs
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform and workflow issues
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, testing, and release management activities
• Create dashboards, reports, and operational metrics
• Assist with process automation and service improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with County stakeholders, project teams, and support personnel
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
• Participate in Agile meetings, status updates, and planning sessions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
• Strong experience with:
• ServiceNow ITSM
• Flow Designer
• Service Catalog
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• REST/SOAP integrations
• IntegrationHub
• Experience with JavaScript and API integrations
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Leesburg, VA as required

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience supporting local government or public sector clients
• ITIL experience or certification
• Experience with Knowledge Management, CMDB, or Asset Management
• Experience supporting workflow automation and AI-driven service improvements

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AD / SSO integrations
• Experience with Power Platform or enterprise automation tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
