We partner with clients across construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, and adjacent trades — bringing specialized talent to complex, high-stakes environments.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">We are scaling our recruitment team and looking for a driven, industry-smart Senior Recruiter who knows how to source, engage, and place talent in these demanding verticals.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">What you'll do</p><ul><li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management — for roles across construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, and related industries.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of active and passive candidates in specialized industrial and technical roles.</li><li>Partner closely with client account managers and hiring managers to deeply understand workforce requirements and deliver quality placements fast.</li><li>Leverage job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry networks to identify top-tier candidates.</li><li>Drive candidate experience with timely communication, professional guidance, and a consultative approach throughout the hiring journey.</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed placement targets, time-to-fill metrics, and client satisfaction benchmarks.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and activity.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0px;">Industries you've recruited in (any of these = great fit)</p><ul><li>Construction (commercial, residential, civil, heavy)</li><li>Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, process)</li><li>Manufacturing (light & heavy industrial, production, quality)</li><li>Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, downstream, field operations)</li><li>Energy & Utilities (power generation, renewables, infrastructure)</li><li>Industrial trades & skilled labor (welding, pipefitting, instrumentation, etc.)</li><li>Project-based or contract workforce environments</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0px;">What we're looking for</p><ul><li>3–5 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environment — specifically within any of the industrial/trade verticals listed above.</li><li>Proven track record of successful placements in technical, skilled trades, or project-based roles in the US market.</li><li>Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels — LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche job boards, and referral networks.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and clients.</li><li>Ability to manage a high requisition load while maintaining quality and responsiveness.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar).</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0px;">Why Corvi Technologies</p><ul><li>Be part of a high-growth team targeting some of the most active hiring industries in the US economy.</li><li>Competitive base salary with a transparent, rewarding incentive/commission structure.</li><li>Supportive leadership with a recruiter-first culture — your success is our success.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into senior and leadership roles as we scale.</li><li>100% Remote Culture</li></ul>
Salary: 400000 - 600000 INR Per annum
