You will partner with Product, Engineering, and UX to drive execution against Marketplace OKRs within a centralized TPMO structure, managing complex cross-platform dependencies.<br><br><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b><br>- Lead end-to-end program management for large, cross-team Marketplace initiatives;<br>- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform programs;<br>- Translate high-level initiatives into structured programs with clear deliverables, milestones, and ownership;<br>- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership to align on scope, priorities, and timelines;<br>- Understand system-level architecture and cross-platform dependencies to effectively coordinate execution;<br>- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies;<br>- Manage and prioritize a portfolio/backlog of initiatives aligned with business goals;<br>- Coordinate cross-functional roadmaps and ensure consistent delivery across teams;<br>- Own key program artifacts (project plans, RACI, status reporting, documentation);<br>- Support and manage TPM/PM contractor capacity across multiple initiatives;<br>- Ensure delivery against Marketplace OKRs (growth, efficiency, and KTLO/run-operate goals);<br>- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization.<br><br><b>MUST HAVES</b><br>- <b>4+ years of experience in Program Management roles</b>;<br>- Strong understanding of high-level system architecture and end-to-end system flows;<br>- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems with a structured, solutions-oriented approach;<br>- Solid program and project management fundamentals (e.g., <b>RACI</b>, project planning, risk management);<br>- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, and UX teams;<br>- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;<br>- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging TDMs, PMs, Directors, and senior leaders;<br>- Strong Upper-intermediate or Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal);<br>- Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to define objectives and drive outcomes;<br>- Experience managing dependencies across technical teams and systems;<br>- Proficiency with tools such as <b>Google Workspace</b>, <b>Jira</b>, and <b>PPM tools</b>;<br>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br><br><b>NICE TO HAVES</b><br>- Experience working on <b>AI-related initiatives</b> or integrations;<br>- Familiarity with <b>CIAM systems</b>, messaging platforms, or large-scale identity systems;<br>- Experience working within <b>TPMO</b> or shared services program structures;<br>- Exposure to Marketplace or platform-based product environments.<br><br><b>PERKS AND BENEFITS</b><br>- <b>Professional growth</b>: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.<br>- <b>Competitive compensation</b>: USD-based pay with education, fitness, and team activity budgets.<br>- <b>Exciting projects</b>: Modern solutions with Fortune 500 and top product companies.<br>- <b>Flextime</b>: Flexible schedule with remote and office options.<br><br>
