You are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading software company’s implementation strategy and grow our customer base.</p><p></p><p>Travel is required (up to 50% within North America)<br> </p><p><b><span>THE PRODUCT</span></b></p><p><span>Trapeze EAM is a comprehensive transit asset management software application designed for tracking the management and maintenance of all transit infrastructure for which a transit agency is responsible: rolling stock (bus, railcar, non-revenue), facilities assets (stations/shelters), track/fixed guideway (linear), maintenance of way, etc.</span> You will be leveraging our Trapeze Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) suite of software to help Trapeze clients and their passengers in their journey.  </p><p></p><p><b><span>THE POSITION</span></b></p><p>The Implementation Consultant works directly with clients and colleagues to improve transit operations using Trapeze's Enterprise Asset Management products. Some of the responsibilities as part of your role include:</p><ul><li>Mastering the Trapeze EAM product suite and providing subject matter expertise to Trapeze's EAM customers.</li><li>Analyzing customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needs.</li><li>Developing and delivering project artifacts such as process diagrams, gap analysis documentation, and functional and technical design documents throughout a project.</li><li>Working with the Project Manager to ensure we deliver within project scope, budget, and timeline.</li><li>Working with Product and Development to report product issues and communicate gaps from customer’s perspective.</li><li>Perform training, consulting, or other support for customers.</li><li>Traveling to customer sites in North America to help improve their operations with Trapeze's products and services.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Required Skills/Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Experience with integrating EAM systems with other enterprise solutions. </span></li><li><span>Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. </span></li><li><span>Knowledge of databases, SQL, and scripting languages. </span></li><li><span>Strong troubleshooting, testing, problem solving and analysis skills. </span></li><li><span>Ability to understand and write technical documentation. </span></li><li><span>The ability to use business acumen and consulting skills to develop customers. </span></li><li><span>Ability to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical audience. </span></li><li><span>Ability to prioritize, plan, manage and execute to commitments. </span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. </span></li><li><span>Strong Business analysis skills. </span></li><li><span>Experience working in an <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">agile/hybrid/waterfall</span> methodology for software <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">implementation. </span></span></li><li><span><u>Ability to travel up to 50%</u> </span></li></ul><p></p><p>​<b><span>Desirable Skills/Experience:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. </span></li><li>Experience in Asset Management, Maintenance and/or the transit industry</li><li><span>Experience working in a cloud environment. </span></li><li><span>Ability to influence the customer in understanding the need to impress this change upon the organization (i.e., customers to accept new processes, new software etc.) </span></li><li><span>Project Risk Identification, mitigation, and resolution </span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Worker Type:</b></u></p>Regular<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Number of Openings Available:</b></u></p>1
