Senior / Account Executive (financial operation / cross-border exposure)

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and support regional reporting activities.
• Input financial data into group consolidation templates and assist with cashflow reporting and planning.
• Support month-end closing and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage AR and AP functions, including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing or payment issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and prepare reports to support business operations.
• Assist sales and operations teams on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with regional exposure (Singapore & Malaysia).
• Hands-on experience in financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Oracle is an advantage).
• With finance operation / ERP implementation will be added advantages.
