Job Title: Security Managed Services Practitioner

Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable subjected to performance)

Overview

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day security services for client environments
  • Monitor security alerts, threats, and incidents across infrastructure and systems
  • Manage security tools such as SIEM, firewall, endpoint protection, email security, IAM
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents within SLA timelines
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation follow-up
  • Ensure security compliance controls are maintained
  • Generate client security reports, dashboards, and service reviews
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients on security issues and improvements
  • Support patching, hardening, and security best practices
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and incident records
  • Ensure operational resilience and continuity of security services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Operations / Security Monitoring / Cybersecurity support
  • Hands-on experience in incident monitoring, investigation, and response
  • Familiarity with SIEM, firewall, endpoint security, and vulnerability management tools
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall)
  • Experience handling tickets, escalations, and SLA-driven support
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to support client environments
