We are currently hiring for a SAP Cloud Transformation Consultant Architect role on behalf of our client.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Quick overview</strong></p><p><strong>Position: </strong>SAP Cloud Transformation Consultant Architect</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Full-time</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience</p><p><strong>Required Experience: </strong>8 10+ Years in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud.</p><p><strong>Working Days: </strong>Hybrid WFH (Selected candidates will need to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment)</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Any Location in India</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform deep-dive assessments of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud processes, controls, configurations, and integrations.</li><li>Analyze current-state implementation maturity against business processes and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Identify functional, technical, process, reporting, and master data gaps.</li><li>Review workflows, interfaces, automation opportunities, and reporting challenges.</li><li>Define stabilization, recovery, and implementation completion roadmaps.</li><li>Recommend process optimization, control improvements, and remediation plans.</li><li>Validate SAP FICO & MM configurations, integrations, and reporting structures.</li><li>Support remediation of master data quality and structural issues.</li><li>Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners.</li><li>Drive implementation stabilization, business adoption, and Go-Live re-adoption support.</li><li>Provide functional guidance, user support, training, and hypercare assistance.</li><li>Assist in defining the future-state operating model, transformation roadmap, and required skillsets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>8 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud.</li><li>Deep expertise in SAP FICO and MM modules configuration, integration, and reporting.</li><li>Proven experience in SAP implementation assessments, gap analysis, and stabilization projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of business process design, master data management, and workflow automation.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and implementation partners.</li><li>Ability to define and execute transformation roadmaps and future-state operating models.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Prior experience in Go-Live support, hypercare, and business adoption programs is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><ul><li>Fill out the Google Form shared by us.</li><li>Prescreening conducted by our team.</li><li>Shortlisted profiles reviewed by the client; approved candidates are contacted for interviews and the next stages.</li><li>3-4 interview rounds (a mix of technical and managerial).</li><li>Final discussion and offer.</li></ul>
