Solar Nation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales force to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets. What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
2. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
3. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
6. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the solar energy industry
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools
6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
