Sales Engineer – Spectrum MEP

Job Description:

• Deliver inspirational presentations and complex prototype demonstrations that validate software solutions and solve critical business issues for C-level prospects.
• Consult directly with construction executives to analyze unique business processes and determine the ideal software fit for their accounting and project management workflows.
• Partner with product development and consulting teams to document process gaps, influence product roadmaps, and architect innovative workarounds.
• Orchestrate demonstration-deployment strategies across comprehensive financial and field entry workflow solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, construction management, or equivalent combined software consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in job cost accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Spectrum or a similar construction enterprise resource planning solution.
• Deep expertise in construction industry workflows, documentation, and data management.
• Advanced experience with multiple construction ERP platforms such as Vista, Sage, Foundation, ComputerEase, Jonas, or Acumatica.
• Proven track record of presenting to and influencing executive and C-suite audiences using high emotional intelligence.
